I was impressed with the variety of facilities. The aqua park offered many slides. Pools were very clean. I found multiple restaurants provided diverse dining options. The hotel provided convenient access to the beach. I also appreciated the well-kept grounds and landscaping.
I found the Wi-Fi to be occasionally slow in certain areas of the resort. This only occurred during peak hours.

I received proactive contact from guest relations before arrival. a team member helped me familiarize myself with the hotel facilities, and it. the seafood tasted delicious and fresh. I appreciated the fruit and vegetables being fresh.
The walk to reach the beach and sea was somewhat long. floaters were not allowed in the sea. I found this restrictive. the spa services were not free. I expected jacuzzi access to be complimentary, as i've seen at other hotels.
